Job Description

  • Ensure all applications are approved by the Security team and comply with relevant standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business units to understand needs and deliver application solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on specific applications.
  • Engage with internal customers to identify and implement appropriate technologies for business projects.
  • Act as the main contact for license-related technical and administrative inquiries.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of applications, licenses, and renewal schedules.
  • Manage configuration changes and administer software asset management tools, including integration with ServiceNow.
  • Handle procurement processes (e.g., RFX), application-related invoicing, and accurate cost allocation.
  • Track and report software usage and costs, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for support, updates, and escalate technical issues when needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3 or more years in IT and Systems engineering or systems administration
  • Excellent problem-solving and troobleshooting skills.
  • Experience in managing License administration with relevant management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with several License frameworks, e.g. Microsoft agreements etc
