Job Description

  • Overseeing the management of the ServiceNow platform within the company.
  • Implementing strategies to improve service delivery and platform functionality.
  • Ensuring platform maintenance, including updates and upgrades.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ServiceNow Platform Lead should have:
