Job Description

  • Lead the Service Management Office (SMO) team and secure the team deliveries.
  • Assure operational service quality, continuity, compliance, and performance.
  • Drive and assure the service compliance, performance and core process harmonisation.
  • Responsible for achieving benefits from standardizing and following service management policies, processes, and methods being leveraged by our full-service delivery.
  • Responsible for developing and anchoring methodologies, processes, models, and the IT Service Management (ServiceNow) tool within the organization and its stakeholders.
  • Maintain overall process performance and compliance and provide service management reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Relevant certification will be advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a SMO position, either as lead or process manager.
  • Expert on ITIL Best Practice and how to apply and manage it in practice.
  • Deep knowledge of IT Service Delivery and Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
  • Knowledge about ITSM Platforms, ServiceNow.
