Job Description

· Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user identities, application onboarding, privilege access management, and recertifications.

· Operate and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificates and security configurations.

· Oversee identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts.

· Implement and enforce access policies, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure proper role allocation.

· Configure and support federations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and application onboarding to enhance security and productivity.

· Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of IAM trends and threats.

· Collaborate with IT teams, application owners, and business units to deliver tailored IAM solutions.

· Provide training and support to Service Desk teams as part of the Shift-Left strategy.

· Work with external vendors to integrate and optimize IAM systems.

The Successful Applicant

· A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

· At least 5 years of experience in IT, systems engineering, or administration.

· Hands-on experience in Level 2 or 3 support for businesses.

· Strong expertise in managing complex multi-forest directory services and cloud identity platforms.

· Familiarity with IAM technologies such as Active Directory (Entra ID), LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.

· Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.

· Professional certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are highly desirable.
