About Our Client

For our client - a category-leading FMCG non-food company - we are seeking a strategic leader to drive export & marketing on key international markets.

Job Description

  • Strategize & Execute: Lead end-to-end export and marketing plans across DACH, MENA & APAC.
  • P&L Ownership: Manage budgets, forecasts and performance to hit top - and bottom-line targets.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and inspire a team of several people.
  • Omnichannel Framework: Build and optimise e-commerce, trade-marketing and BTL activations.
  • Launch & Partner Mgmt: Coordinate new SKU roll-outs, negotiate deals and conduct partner due diligence.
  • Stakeholder & Events: Report to CEO/Exec Board, represent the brand at global trade shows and industry events.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven FMCG Export Expertise - Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience driving export expansion in the non-food FMCG sector, with a focus on DACH and/or Asia MENA markets.
  • Track Record of Growth - Demonstrated ability to scale export business (e.g. achieving +20 %+ margin growth).
  • Full P&L Ownership - End-to-end budget responsibility for marketing and trade-marketing activities, with clear accountability for both top- and bottom-line results.
  • Advanced Hard Skills - Expert negotiator with distributors and retail partners. Deep knowledge of local compliance, regulations and market dynamics. Proficiency in digital analytics and performance measurement.
  • Inspirational Leadership - Strong people-management skills, with experience leading mid- to senior-level teams; adept at change management and cross-cultural communication.
  • Communication & Presentation - Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation abilities - capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • English at minimum C1 Level
