The client is a professional trading platform dedicated to the photovoltaic industry. It is a space that connects offers from hundreds of sellers in Europe, where installers can purchase all necessary PV components, such as modules, inverters, and batteries.

Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a selected portfolio of high-value customers, including large installers and distributors. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales by offering tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to account management and, preferably, understanding of the solar industry.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of large installers and distributors, focusing on driving sales and building strong relationships.​
  • Proactively identify opportunities to meet customer needs and present tailored solutions.​
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide top offers that align with their needs.​
  • Monitor account performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.​
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on platform functionalities and suggest improvements.​
  • Negotiate terms and close deals that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.​

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, particularly with high-value customers in the solar industry.​
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.​
  • In-depth knowledge of the solar industry and the needs of large installers and distributors.​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.​
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.​
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.​
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Fluency in French will be a great asset!
