In this role, you will design, implement, and manage cloud-based systems, focusing on Azure cloud frameworks and containerized workloads such as Kubernetes or OpenShift. Job Description

  • Design and develop applications and services in the cloud environment.
  • Monitor and manage cloud-based systems to ensure performance and uptime.
  • Deploy and optimize cloud applications for cost efficiency and scalability.
  • Automate solutions to improve processes for the organization and its customers.
  • Provide support for Kubernetes and cloud environment issues.
  • Implement security best practices and maintain documentation.
  • Train and guide junior engineers on CloudOps technologies.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Cloud Operations, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Bicep, or similar.
  • Experience with software development and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • Strong Linux system skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
