Job Description

  • Develop and execute the IT development strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster innovation in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Oversee governance, compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO), and performance optimization.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and risk to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of IT solutions while driving digitalization.



 

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Relevant IT experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of development frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java) and CI/CD.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and governance processes.
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
