About Our Client

As the Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of both strategic and tactical marketing activities across the Polish market. You'll be responsible for executing high-impact campaigns, building brand recognition, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with commercial goals.

Job Description

  • Brand Strategy & Communication: Co-develop and implement brand image campaigns that align with our core values and market positioning
  • Media Planning: Lead media planning efforts to support key marketing initiatives, ensuring our campaigns reach the right audiences
  • Creative Material Adaptation: Adapt and localize creative content for different media channels and audiences
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize performance and meet goals
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create local campaigns that directly drive sales
  • Social Media & YouTube Management: Develop engaging content calendars and ensure a +5% monthly growth in reach and views across our platforms
  • PR & Influencer Management: Oversee PR campaigns, collaborate with influencers, and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Event Management: Plan and execute exciting launch events, trade fairs, and exhibitions
  • Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on the market and competitors, providing insightful reports to shape our marketing strategy
  • Budget Management: Keep track of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control across all activities
  • Cost Verification: Verify invoices and ensure the smooth processing of supplier payments

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience on similar positions in international companies - Consumer Goods&Consumer Electronics is necessary
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience on managerial/leaders positions
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, media planning, and campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and adjust campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional environments
  • A creative mindset with a hands-on approach to managing content and digital channels
  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and PR activities
  • Budget management experience and a keen eye for cost control
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple projects at once
