Opis stanowiska

  • Develop and maintain IT service management (ITSM) processes in alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor process performance and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes.
  • Ensure alignment of ITSM processes with industry standards and best practices.
  • Deliver regular reporting on ITSM performance metrics to relevant teams and leadership.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of ITSM tools and technology solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote process understanding and adherence across teams.
  • Act as the point of contact for process-related queries and escalations.

Profil kandydata

  • Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Proven ability to analyse, develop, and optimise ITSM processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ITSM tools and technology platforms.
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
