Enterprise Apps Analyst

* Application management: Install, configure and implement applications on Windows server OS.

* Application development: Research and evaluate new software and prepare technical specifications against

requirements.

* Database management: Creating, maintaining, monitoring and alerting of MS SQL databases and SQL replication.

* Deployment : Planning and deploying MS SQL and application updates through change and release processes.

* Troubleshooting: Problem-solving to both resolve immediate issues but also to learn lessons and improve for the

future.

* Improvements: Analysing performance data to identify improvement areas for MS SQL databases and/or

application services.

* Scripting: Automation via scripting through the use of various scripting languages (PowerShell/Bash/SQL).

* Cloud: Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure or AWS.

* Monitoring: Use of monitoring and alerting tools such as ELK or similar.

* Collaboration: Creating technical documentation to educate team members of all levels.

* Communication: Providing sound and clear technical information to management at all levels.

* Develop and maintain automated deployment and testing processes

* Develop and maintain automated testing systems to ensure code changes do not impact system performance or

reliability

* Conduct detailed postmortems and root cause analysis postmortems and root cause analysis to identify the
